Over 20 years in the industry has allowed the Hylton team to identify many of the weaknesses and hurdles building can include, and to rectify some of these hurdles through applying tested and tried measures of transparency to the business model.

As the business has aged over time, the Hylton team has moved on a passive path of building outdoor entertainment areas,  to fine tuning and expanding current homes, to developing and and building apartment and unit complexes, and of course building dream homes for their clients.
